Jubilee Orchard
Jubilee Orchard was created to celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee. The Orchard is a place where the fruit is grown by and for local people. It provides not only fruit to share but also a place to enjoy with friends and family for future generations. It also provides an opportunity to help save some of the old varieties of fruit, especially those that have been grown in Cumbria for hundreds of years. Brough Parish Council kindly provided the land on which the Orchard has been created. Please contact the Parish Clerk at clerk.broughpc@hotmail.co.uk
for more information.

Refuse collection and recycling
The recycling centre is situated at the far end of Main Street on the left hand side. Please do make good use of it as the Council receives additional funding - the more the site is used, the more the Council receives. All recycling funding is shared three ways in equal amounts: one third each to Brough Pre-School Nursery, Brough Community Primary School and CHOFHS Youth Group.
Please squash cardboard boxes and fill up bins one at a time as this ensures best use and removal from the site. Please help to keep the site tidy and safe.
